AVENTA MEDIUS {Brochure Design}

Spenta corporation: Mumbai. Where every day, scores of real estate projects are announced. How then, would Aventa's new project stand out? We used the property's location to its maximum advantage - right from naming it, to creating a brochure for it. Aventa Medius (meaning "the middle" in Latin). This idea translated seamlessly into the brochure that was then created for it. An unusual, eye-catching piece, with a circle carved out of the centre, running right through the book. Symbolic of the centrality of the property, both in the literal and the metaphorical sense, all the information contained in the pages was placed around the area left empty by the circle. Reminding anyone who read it, that Aventa Medius was a property unlike any other.
